Even though the equipment was moved from another farm, Jay and Matt knew exactly how to set everything back up and where to beef things up. The DeLaval MA200 milking points and takeoffs worked right from day one. We especially appreciated that they helped us push cows and train our family on how to best use the new equipment. 2-1/2" Center Alley Pipeline for 130 Tie-Stalls
DeLaval MU Blue Takeoffs
"We've been milking 130 cows with 12 takeoffs in an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes. Milking in the new pipeline for a little over a year, we're averaging close to 60,000 somatic cell count. I feel like the milkout is faster milking from the rear with our new Center Alley Pipeline layout, and am especially pleased with the consistency with which we are able to prep cows - that's one reason why we are able to milk so fast, because the cows are immediately ready to let down their milk when the claw gets put on. The milkhouse was built with a capacity for 16 takeoffs, but we only run 12 because the milkers are already busy the entire milking and we don't need to go any faster."

"JBZ's installation was professional and the work was done quickly. Both the VMS V300 robots and the Opti-Duo Feed Pusher are meeting our expectations; they are saving us time and helping us to use our time more efficiently. We are milking over 110 cows and have room for up to 150. We are averaging 2.7 milkings per day and our counts are good. Since installation, we've added a few optional accessories to the VMS V300 units, including a DeLaval Multi-Filter MF500 Dual Filter Frame; we wish we would've added them sooner! The Dual Filter Frame is a big convenience."
