Emergency service isn’t easy – our trained service techs need to think on their feet and do good work fast, sometimes in the middle of the night or on a holiday. We are extremely appreciative of what our team does for our customers every day. Because this is such demanding work, we highly recommend our farmers establish a working relationship with us through Preventative Maintenance and Route Sales.

Here’s why: we want to be familiar with the equipment that we’re going to fix in the middle of the night. Preventative Maintenance provides that on-farm history, but we also don’t want to work our service team hard on a midnight service call for a dairy farm who gives all their route supply business to someone else.

But for those customers who have established a relationship with us and keep after their bills, it’s our pleasure to make that motor run, get that pump turning, fix that electrical short, and replace that burned-up circuit board. That’s what we do, and we’re happy to do it right away when that’s what it takes.
